Q: How do I log in to the YES! Store?
A: If you have previously bought something or donated to YES! online, you most likely already have an account on our store. Log in here using the email address you used at the time of purchase and/or donation. If you’re a new customer, there’s no need to log in. A new account will be created for you when you check out and you’ll receive an email to change your password.
Q: What if I forgot my password?
A: Use the lost password link on the login page to reset your password for the email address you believe we have on file.
Q: The store doesn’t recognize my email but I’m a returning customer. What do I do now?
A: Use this “link your account” form to locate your existing account and set an email username. You’ll need to provide your customer ID (found on your magazine mailing label and any renewal notices) and mailing city to find your subscription. If you have any issues, call customer service at 800-937-4451 or +1-206-842-0216.
Q: How do I update my payment method for my recurring donation?
A: Log in to your account, click the “Update Payment Method” link, and follow the prompts. You’ll be emailed a link to a secure form where you can update your payment method.

A: Log in to your account, click the “Modify or Cancel Gift” button, select the option to cancel, and submit the form.

Q: How can I opt out of 3rd-party mailings?
A: Log in to your account, click the “Manage or Modify Subscription” button, select the option for opting out of 3rd-party mailings and submit the form.
Q: When will I receive my next issue?
A: We publish quarterly in February, May, August, and November. If you have a current subscription that includes print, you will typically receive your magazine in the 3rd or 4th week of those months.
Q: How can I cancel my subscription?
A: Log in to your account, click the “Manage or Modify Subscription” button, select the option to “cancel my subscription,” and submit the form.
Q: How can I change my subscription delivery address?
A: Log in to your account and click “Update Address” under Delivery Address. Enter your new address and click “Save”.
Q: How do I cancel auto-renew on my subscription?
A: Log in to your account, click the”Manage or Modify Subscription” button, select the option for opting out of auto-renew and submit the form.
Q: How do I buy a new gift subscription?
Use this link or go to yesmagazine.org/gifts to purchase new gift subscriptions for just $12 each.
Q: How do I renew gift subscriptions I’ve given?
A: Log in to your YES! store account using your store email address. (See login instructions above). From your account page, select the gift(s) you’d like to renew and check out.
Q: How do I change an address for a gift subscription I’ve given?
A: When you renew a gift subscription you can edit your gift recipient’s address during checkout. For a current gift subscription, have the gift recipient call customer service at 800-937-4451 or +1-206-842-0216 to update their address.

Q: How will my gift recipients learn about their gift subscriptions?
A: We will send a gift announcement to each recipient with your name as the giver. You can also print your own gift card.
